This is the third transmission in a five fold experiential journey with the elements (earth, air, fire, water and cosmos). Each journey in this five part series lasts around 30 minutes and focuses on each element individually.

The transmissions are supported by a selection of teachings and an integrative workbook of exercises that are designed to bring you deeper into self reflection, discovery and embodiment.

In this five fold series we will journey into each element, and work with the corresponding part of the body and womb to open, align and embody these elemental energies while also opening more fully to our power, grief and pleasure. 

This five fold series focuses deeply on the energetics of the body and the womb space but also the physical anatomy associated with these elemental currents. 

This is for the person who is familiar with energy work, wants to open more fully to their elemental nature, and is comfortable with energetic shifts. It incorporates aspects of the ogham lunar calendar, the wheel of the year and our plant and animal kin.
