This is a block booking of 5 for £1,110. Those joining individual mentorship sessions get access to a private group for on-going support. Block bookings must be used within 3 months and support is provided during this period within the private group. This is a sacred container built to optimize your creative flourishing.

Conscious Conception & Pregnancy
Conception is much greater than just the physical. It is an emotional process that is also highly spiritual.
For conception to occur there must be spiritual synergy between the parents, the cosmos and the unborn. Sometimes all it takes is the openness to start a conversation, sometimes a relationship needs to be built beyond the physical and other times we can benefit from support from the plant kingdom.

Vitalist Herbal Enquiry
This is an exploratory session to determine your needs on an physical, emotional and spiritual level. If you are looking to nourish your vitality with the support of gentle plant remedies this is the option for you.
Sessions with Sarah last 1.5hrs where you have an opportunity to discuss what is arising for you on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Included here is a 60ml bottle of tincture personalised to your own individual needs. Additional personalised items can be purchased seperately including tea blends and steams etc.

Medical Astrology Session

Exploratory Grief and Keening
Join Sarah to explore the wetlands of your own grief through the Sacred Keen.
Keening is an old Irish tradition associated with grieving for the dead. Historically "Keeners" would have been paid to come to a wake to keen for the deceased. The story of the banshee is said to be linked to the keening women who howled for the souls to help them cross over.
Keening as a means of healing is used to release deep seated grief from within the body. This can be collective, ancestral or within this lifetime, as well as past life.
During the Keen, the individual opens up the body in an altered state of consciousness similar to trance and this allows the grief to exit the body freely (uninhibited by the ego).
The practice focuses on throat, heart and womb grief. As the body opens the energetic release can be vocal, active and primal.
This practice offers deep and profound transformation, it is the simultaneous shedding of multiple layers and can quickly close a chapter that has been stagnating in ones life.

Womb Support and Energetic Reclamation is an energetic transmission using voice and song that works deeply on the etheric layers of the womb.
This is an integrative approach that works with plants, ancestral practices and somatic experiencing to enliven and awaken this sacred sexual centre.
Sessions with Sarah last for 1 hour and include an opportunity to discuss current manifestations followed by a deep, meditative journey to support the energetic realignment of the womb space and restore the organic womb cosmology.
This is suitable for women who are suffering from physical imbalances within the womb including but not limited to; menstrual irregularities, abnormal cells, PCOS, endometriosis, postpartum healing, prolapse, cysts, fibriods and low desire, sexual vibrancy and vitality.
