Pregnancy is a profound time of transformation, a deep period of initiation into the Archetypal energy of Mother. During the transition of pregnancy we can deepen our connection to our wombs, our babies and our sexual energy, while also illuminating our shadow.

This can be achieved through the application of energetic practices, conscious awareness and embodiment. Pregnancy is a powerful time and is a huge upwelling of creative and structural energy. It is an innately spiritual experience, whereby the mother has one foot in the physical and the other in the ethereal. We are between worlds and as we gestate our babies, we are also gestating the next version of ourselves.

For me pregnancy (birth, postpartum and breastfeeding) is a deeply psychedelic journey likened to plant medicine, our energy is open and we have a prime opportunity to uncover unconscious programs, fears, wounding and imprints. This is a catalyst for our own healing, an opportunity to establish a strong psychic connection with our baby and a time of preparation for our intuitive birth process.

We are merged with the soul of our unborn child, we are highly attuned to them and the environment around us.
