Womb Support and Energetic Reclamation

Womb Support and Energetic Reclamation is an integrative approach that works with transmission, plants, ancestral practices and somatic experiencing to enliven and awaken this sacred sexual centre.

The basis of this session is an energetic transmission from Sarah, using song and the spoken word, that facilitates deep connection with the etheric layers of the womb.

In each Session you will have the opportunity to discuss current manifestations, followed by an immersive, meditative journey to support the energetic realignment of the womb space and restore the organic womb cosmology. 

It also includes a period of integration and space for reflection. Longer bookings provide an opportunity to deepen with our plant allies and/or exploration through our emotional and somatic experiences.

This is suitable for women who are dealing with physical imbalances within the womb space including but not limited to; menstrual irregularities, abnormal cells, PCOS, endometriosis, postpartum healing, prolapse, cysts, fibriods and low desire, low sexual vibrancy and vitality. It is also suitable for women who are ready to reclaim the lost/hidden parts of self.
